Shipment of Products
Cigarettes are delivered via registered mail and must be signed for upon delivery. The average time from order to delivery is 2-3 weeks in the United States. We ask that you provide your order number. Shipping Information

If you have a large order that requires the shipment of more than one package, the packages will be shipped at the rate of one per day. Return Policy
We make every attempt to ensure customer satisfaction. We ask that you inspect your package/s when your delivery arrives. As part of the return policy, you will be asked to return the unopened and unused product/s within 10 days of receipt. We will replace your order or refund your money. Site4Smokers.com is not responsible for any errors made by customers while placing an order. This includes incorrect shipping address, product type and quantity. Site4Smokers.com is not responsible for the different variations of quality that may appear in products due to the manufacturer’s processes.
In the unlikely occurrence that your product is seized by Customs and Excise during return shipment, we are unable to refund money until the appeals procedures are completed and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. If the products are not consequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having met the terms with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order free of charge.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order you have already placed, you may do so within 12 hours. We request that you contact us at: support@site4smokers.com. You must provide your order number, name and the delivery address you submitted.
